About High Plains Outreach Center
High Plains Outreach Center provides safe shelter, warm meals, case management, and support services to individuals and families facing homelessness. Every ticket purchased helps keep doors open, lights on, and hope alive for our neighbors in need.
When you purchase a ticket for this yellow Corvette, you’re not just chasing horsepower — you’re fueling hope. Every $100 entry helps provide warm beds on a freezing night and a second chance for someone who thought they had run out of them. The High Plains Outreach Center has helped men and women rebuild their lives, find jobs, restore dignity, and reunite with family. This car represents more than chrome and speed — it represents transformation. One ticket could change your life. But together, those tickets will change someone else’s forever.

Legal
High Plains Outreach Center is a IRC 501(c) and are following 21 O.S. § 1051(A)(4). Tickets are issued with a voluntary contribution to HPOC.
Eligibility - Must be age 18+, 400 ticket limit all numbered, drawing APRIL 11th at Woodward EVENT CENTER at 6PM, need-not-be-present, prize description + approximate FMV of $15,000, taxes/fees will be responsibility of the winner. Record keeping: ticket ranges sold, unsold tickets, buyer logs (if maintained), drawing documentation, winner affidavit/acknowledgment. The vehicle transfer will be available for transfer after April 11th at 6PM. Title, insurance, tag/title/excise tax are responsibility of the winner. Prize will be available for pickup in Woodward, OK.
